Celebrate the spooky season with snacks and crafts as you join Miss Rachel for Craft Party at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 13 in the library’s large meeting room. She will show you step-by-step how to create a decorative decoupage Halloween sign and a spooky lightbulb spider.

There’s no cost so grab a friend and make it a party! Registration is required and begins Monday, October 3. Space is limited.

Celebrate the spooky season with Wyandot County Public Health at its Spooky Health Phenomena program at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 27 in Upper Sandusky Community Library’s large meeting room.

This family-friendly program will share some of the best spooky, creepy, yucky, and down-right interesting things our bodies do. Learn eerie facts about the foods we eat and revel in the gross fun that germs and illness bring to the table. You won’t want to miss this hair-raising event!

The Clothing Swap returns to the Upper Sandusky Community Library in November. Before the swap gets underway, however, the library will be accepting clean, gently used donations October 27-29.

Here’s how it works: go through your closet and find items that no longer spark joy or things that you don’t wear anymore. Bring donations of men’s, women’s, or children’s clothing, belts, hats, purses, jewelry, and shoes to the library.
