The Upper Sandusky Community Library and Miss Rachel have taken Crafternoon virtual. This month Miss Rachel will show you how to create a Boho Feather Keychain. You can get all the materials you need to create the keychain by stopping at the library's front desk - all you need is a pair of scissors!
The video will debut on the Upper Sandusky Community Library's Facebook page and YouTube channel at 11:00 a.m. on July 16.
